About Sweet Rococo

Sweet Rococo was established in Summer 2007 by a Japanese citizen and his American wife in Los Angeles, California. As of December 1st, 2013, it closed its doors. Thank you for many loyal years supporting our website and creating many beautiful ensembles using our innovative Design Wizard.

Lynleigh Lynleigh Sato
Co-Founder & President
A long time admirer of the Lolita style, Lynleigh was first introduced to the fashion in 2001. Since she knew how to sew, she began creating her own Lolita garments, which soon prompted a change of major and college. Lynleigh received her associate's degree in Textile Design at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, and her bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, specializing in Costume Design, at American InterContinental University in Los Angeles. She formerly worked for Disneyland, California as a costume seamstress in the creative workroom. At Sweet Rococo, she was responsible for most of the apparel production from initial designs to production quality assurance, graphical designs of the website, English public relations, and other creative and artistic activities. She has been very active as a costume creator in the past several years, and many of her works have received recognition.
Lynleigh Yasuyuki Sato
Co-Founder & Vice-President
Yasuyuki was born in Yokohama, Japan. He received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at Waseda University, Japan, and his master's degree in Computer Science at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), United States. He developed most of the systems for "Trading Derby", the most popular virtual financial trading simulation web site in Japan. At Sweet Rococo, he was responsible for most of the website development and administration, business administration, financial accounting, Japanese public relations, and other logistic activities.
